Kriya Yoga is an engaging meditation method deriving from the Himalayan yoga tradition. It is based on equalizing the breath and so balancing and steadying the mind. The method is not super complicated, but has a radical effect on the mind, creating a quality of openness and spaciousness with easy concentration. These meditations build as they go to develop the full technique, so they need to be practiced in order the first time through.

These practices are for anyone, especially through the “adding the pause” practice. The practices after that are designed to take you deeper into the yogic mind, and can be omitted as desired.
