Karen Anderson has been teaching yoga in Vail since 1999. She offers private instruction in yoga and meditation, for individuals and for groups. Karen teaches vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga, and specializes in therapeutic applications; she shares secular Buddhist meditation. Karen is the yoga director at the Vail Vitality Center.
Karen will lead her next 200-hour alignment-based vinyasa yoga teacher training in the fall of 2017 at the Vail Vitality Center. This course is registered with the Yoga Alliance. She will also offer a beginning meditation teacher training over the summer of 2017.
