Karen Anderson has been teaching yoga in Vail since 1999.

Karen offers private and group instruction in both yoga and meditation. She teaches both vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga, and specializes in therapeutic applications.  She focuses on the external and internal alignment of the poses, in order to create a meditative and healing yoga asana practice.  She teaches secular Buddhist meditation for all levels.

Karen is the yoga director at the Vail Vitality Center.  Join her there for group classes, workshops, and teacher training in both yoga and meditation.
