Join Karen and Lindsea for a long weekend of yoga and meditation practice. Heart practices are an incredibly valuable pathway to increase our own happiness while contributing to harmony and connectedness in our local and global community. Join for the entire weekend, or drop-in for individual half-day sessions.

Saturday, March 9th | 9am-noon | Forgiveness, 2-5pm | Loving-Kindness

Sunday, March 10th | 9am-noon | Compassion, 2-5pm | Empathetic Joy

Monday, March 11th | 9-11:30am | Equanimity
