Mindfulness meditation can be practiced as an effort to improve ourselves. A different approach is to consider that spacious, clear awareness is our nature, and that allowing ourselves to rest in such well-being is a gift that we can offer to ourselves, an act of kindness or care. In choosing to care for ourselves, we create joy and access generosity that spill over toward others and the world. This workshop is for anyone, all are welcome.
