Thank you for your patience in communication during this time.

Karen is completely authentic in her teaching, she reflects goodness in all of her communication, is intuitive, and has an innate ability to give you what you need to deepen and grow as a yogi. Karen gave me a new-found passion for yoga and thirst for learning. It gives me great joy to know that I will continue my yoga journey with Karen as my teacher.

Karen is the real deal — a talented, experienced teacher, Karen makes the intangible tangible and practical. She gives Buddhism context and explains so many “whys” of practice. My practice improved remarkably simply by participating in her classes. Highly recommended.
